  • What would be your payment terms and shipping policy?

    Unless otherwise set forth on the particular Terms and Conditions, the payment terms are 50% deposit prepaid, 50% balance to be settled before shipment.
     
    For international sales and shipping, terms will be designated by seller in the quote or in the order acceptance. All shipments shall be FOB Seller’s facility in Shenzhen, or such other shipping point as Seller shall designate (“Shipping Point”) unless otherwise stated on the Order.  

  • What applications do you provide lighting for?

    Our lighting has been proven to last and outperform in the most demanding applications. Our lights have been massively installed in high-temperature applications (hot mills, furnace rooms, dryer hood, and cooling beds), overhead travelling cranes (heavy vibration and voltage spikes), food-grade applications (inspection zones and wash down zones), high ceilings (60 foot, 100 foot, and 150 foot), and hazardous locations where explosion-proof products are necessary.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    Our lighting fixtures have an extremely high success rate that is proven to last in some of the world’s harshest environments. We have full confidence in our fixtures and back them with one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry.. Our fixtures generally come with a standard completely hassle-free 5+ years warranty.

  • Do you offer customization services?

    Yes, we can provide customized lighting products according to customer's specification requirements and technical compliance. Please contact our sales team with your needs and specifications and we will do our best to meet your needs.

  • What industries do you serve?

    For the past decade, our company has been providing industrial LED lighting solutions for harsh environments to address pain points in heavy industrial industries such as steel making, mining, oil & gas, paper, power plants, glass factories, and many other manufacturing facilities. 
    We also have a total solution systems ready made for the horticultural lighting applications.
     
    And we have pioneered to develop self-contained solar powered LED lighting to safely illuminate streets, roadways, intersections, coastal areas, car parks, residential areas, and other communities where power grid is limited.
