CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE

At Omniluce, we offer a specialized custom-buildup or Design-Bid (RFP) service for a variety of lighting projects. We collaborate with clients to craft detailed specifications accurately reflecting their needs. Custom Planning

During the planning stage of a project, all requirements and technical specifications are meticulously developed through full exploration and discussions, setting the stage for the next step to start up the engineering work.
Engineering & Drafting

We brainstorm and converge ideas to the ultimate buildup, the drawing process goes under the comprehensive guidelines and criteria meticulously outlined previously.
Issuing & Reviewing

We work with clients to finish the drawing process which full represent the needs of the clients. Reviewing the proposal buildup with the customer entails a thorough examinaiton of the documents to ensure it aligns with customer's needs and expectations.
Prototyping and Mould Tooling

After rigorous examination of the drawing a prototype before the mould tooling process has to be made for tooling feasibility review. After the review is approved then we start up the mould tooling process which takes normally 6-8 weeks to finalize.
Manufacturing & Logistics

After the mould tooling process finished and the off-tooling samples approved, then we start up the mass order process to produce the finished products based on the mutually bonded engineering documents and SOP. All packages will be properly designed and transportations are carefully handled.
