The luminaire has been widely used in wastewater treatment, oil & gas refineries, offshore rigs, petrochemical facilities, mining industry, aviation, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, etc and other locations where flammable vapors, gases, ignitable dusts, fibers or flyings are present.

To cater for most Hazloc lighting applications where safety and visibility is critical when downtime, this model has been specially designed with optional emergency battery kit.
