The XBULK explosion-proof light has been carefully engineered to withstand constant vibrations, survive the worst case scenario and easy to operate. The luminaire has been widely used in wastewater treatment, oil & gas refineries, offshore rigs, petrochemical facilities, mining industry, aviation, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, etc and other locations where flammable vapors, gases, ignitable dusts, fibers or flyings are present.

To facilitate the end users for easy installations, this explosion-proof light has been purposefully crafted with multiple mounting solutions such as bracket mounting, stainless steel eyebolts for suspension, pole mounting, etc. It comes with options of with tempered glass diffusers or without it.

Made of die-cast ADC12 combined with high-strength tempered glass that could withstand 4J impact, powered by multiple all explosion-proof approved and tested parts and gears, such as copper cable glands, ATEX approved connectors, stainless steel exposed fasteners and high-strength cables and wires, this luminaire will survive the most demanding conditions. We have a total smart IoT solution comprised of Software, Wireless Intelligent Gateway, Lora Protocol Controller working together to achieve automatic on/off, dimming, and status monitorable.
